We offer two champagne fountains:
Aluminum: A graduation party favourite! This electric 5 gallon champagne fountain will be the highlight of the punch table. Light shines through the openings in the center. The cupped top with allow for a small arrangement to be added for decoration if you wish.
Stainless: This 5 gallon stainless champagne fountain is sure to draw some attention. Cherubs decorate the center of this electric fountain. The center column casts a soft glow as champagne or punch is served.
We offer champagne buckets in stainless steel and silver (limited quantity)
Punch cups or champagne glasses are also available for rental.
Crown Verity Big John Grill: Our Crown Verity Big John grill can be used to grill for an authentic open grilling experience. The grill has a 60″ x 24″ cooking surface. This product does have an optional pig spit available at additional cost. The spit is uncovered and will accommodate 100-150lbs. (Please note, charcoal is not supplied with this product.)
1/2 Drum BBQ: Tailgating at it’s finest! This 1/2 drum BBQ is quite literally half of a five gallon drum. Meant to be a portable way to grill, slip the legs into the stand, add your charcoal (not included in your rental) and you’ll have lunch on the grill before you know it!
Our 8qt glass punch bowl: Our most popular punch bowl can be ordered with (additional cost) or without a base.
Our 12qt plastic punch bowl: Our largest punch bowl is available with (for an additional cost) or without a base. These bowls are also popular for use a buffet salad bowl when you have to serve a crowd.
Our silver punch bowl & ladle: Add an elegant touch to your next event with our silver punch bowl. This also has been used for dinner rolls and salad. Fill it with ice to chill a couple bottles of wine!
When you rent a punch bowl with us, a ladle comes included.
Two styles of 6 oz punch cups are available to be rented by the dozen. “Plain” punch cups or the slightly more ornate “fancy.”
Simple White Meat Platter & Bowls: Off white meat platters and serving bowls, no design or embellishment on this stoneware.
Noritake Meat Platters & Bowls: These items featuring the thin gold band complement our Noritake dishware setting.
Clear White Meat Platters & Bowls: Although these pieces don’t have the distinctive grooves around the rim of the Arctic White dishware, they complement that setting quite nicely. The stark white of the china of the oval bowls and platters will allow your food to be the focus!

Galvanized Steel Tub: When you need to chill drinks for a crowd this is the tub for you! Our 4′ long galvanized stainless steel drink tub is perfect to keep your crowd hydrated. (Don’t forget to pickup ice from us to fill it!)
Ice Box: Blue plastic tub, on a convenient stand. Perfect to hold drinks at your next big event! *Limited stock item
White Enamel Ice Tub: Approx. 2′ long, great to sit on a table and chill drinks.
Rustic Wood Roofed Drink Cart: A fun and functional way to chill or serve drinks at your next event! Whether you have a bartender behind it or a self serve station, this will draw your guests in. This also can be used to serve your cold buffet, just add the ice. Our rustic drink tub features a removable roof (for ease of transportation), wheels, storage underneath and a drain hose to remove the water as your ice melts. We’ve been told by a reliable source you can fit about 7 24’s of beer!

Coffee Urns: After you have made your coffee, keep it warm and looking nice in our coffee urns. Polished stainless with brass legs, these are available in a 60 or 100 cup size. Serpentine 1/4 Curved: This table will allow you to get creative with your buffet table. Use four of these tables to create a “donut like” 6ft round table. The center will be an open space. Use them end to end to create a “snake like” table.

30″ width: The most common, these are available in 4′ x 30″(2 people down each long side), 6′ x 30″ (3 people down each long side) and 8′ x 30″(4 people down each long side) sizes. Perfect for a buffet, a yard sale or that big family reunion you’ve been meaning to have!
18″ width: These rectangular tables have a narrower width than a common rectangular table. At 18″ wide, these tables are perfect for conference or training seating. (People only seated on one side of the table). Available in 4′ x 18″ (2 people) , 6′ x 18″ (3 people) and 8′ x 18″(4 people) sizes. Wood top, with legs that fold under. These tables are also popular for a narrow bar table.
Note: These tables have legs that fold under. The tabletop itself does not fold. 6 x 30 and 8 x 30 tables will be plastic top.
Round Tables – 30″ – These tables have a 30″ diameter table top. They are available in a 15″ (coffee table), which pairs nicely with our inflatable lounge set. Also a 30″ (bistro or regular table) height, any of our chairs will work nicely with these. The third option is a 42″ (cocktail or standing) height, for use with our bar stools. Oh the things you can do with our propane corn pots! Host your own corn roast or lobster boil. Need boiling water when you’re away from the tap–this may be the answer. Your rental will include the burner stand, 1 propane tank and a stock pot. Stock pot sizes offered; 24, 32, 64 or 200 qt.
Often referred to as “hot boxes” or “Cambros.” Do you need to keep food warm or transport it to another location? This is your solution. Slide chafing pans in and you’re ready to roll!
Our portable staging is the easy answer when you want to raise your head table or elevate a guest speaker before a crowd. Each section of stage is a 4′ x 8′ section. Please inquire about available heights. Stairs and skirting is available at extra cost. Custom staging available upon request.
Need to create a grand entrance? Roll out the red carpet (or another of our colour choices!) Our carpet runners are a 4′ x 20′ unbound section.

This decor prop will add a romantic touch to your shower or event. Off white, lace covered, standard sized umbrella.
The perfect touch for your next speakeasy! You’ll be serving drinks in style from behind this beautiful wood bar. With an approximate length of 72″, depth of 27″ and height of 36″ (when on the barrels), this can not only used as a bar, but also a buffet table! Two whiskey barrels are used to support the bar top (rented separately.) Our whiskey barrel cocktail tables and Oscar bar stools compliment the bar nicely!

We offer three choices when it comes to seating the smallest of guests.
Kids white folding chair: Metal frame with a plastic seat and back, this is a miniature version of our customer favourite! Perfect for birthday parties or a special kids table, these are daycare or preschool sized. They match up nicely with our 30″ round tables at the 15″ height.
Booster Seat: Make your young guests feel special with this plastic, portable seat that boosts them up to the table.
High Chair: If you’re having a pint sized guest, why not raise them up to table height with our high chair. Solid wooden frame, with a seat belt, this will fit under a standard height table. This chair pulls right up to the table, and does not include a tray.
Use this divider to conceal an area for caterers to work or to create a backdrop. This lattice coordinates with our lattice arches and flower stands. The four hinged panels have an overall size of 7′ high x 6′ wide.
We offer a variety of colourful linens! We are a depot for these linens so please do check colour and size availability with us. Many of these colours are available in overlays and napkins.

A customer and caterer favourite for the last couple years! These spandex covers slip over the table top and fasten under the legs of the table. Available for 30″ diameter round tables or rectangular tables in 6′ or 8′ length.
Note: Because the linen fastens under the table feet, this style is not used for tables people are sitting at (how would they get their legs under the table?) or where it is necessary for you to store and access items under the table.
Black and white are readily available. There is some colour availability for 30″ spandex.
We offer four different styles of chair covers. Read below to find the one that best suits your chair!
Dining Chair Cover: Our traditional chair cover! This is a classic white chair cover with attached sashes. Simply tie them behind your round back banquet chair for an elegant look.
Chair Hug: Do you have a folding or a square back chair you would like to cover? This may be the chair cover for you! Our satin chair hugs are available in white, black, gold and silver. Simply drop the cover over your chair and grasping the two corners tie it in a knot at the back.
Spandex Chair Cover: Our spandex chair cover is a simple black spandex that goes over your round back banquet chair and fastens under the feet. This cover is available in black only and fits our dining chair.
Bistro Chair Cover: This cover is specifically designed to cover our plastic bistro chair. These chair covers come in white, in a non-stretchy fabric.
When the usual linen just won’t due! Our luxury line of Iridescent linens feature a permanent crinkle and a soft sheen. These linens are designed to drape your table and are available in 120″ and 90″ x 156″ rectangular linens. Please speak with our staff regarding colour and size availability.
Finish your banquet or head table off in traditional style with a table skirt. This gathered skirt will go on your table after the table cloth has been put on. Plastic clips hold the skirt in place. We carry a few different lengths and some colour choice.
A little smaller, a little darker in colour than our wine barrels. Put the perfect rustic touch on your special day with our whiskey barrels. 32″ round Harvest barrel tabletops are available at an additional cost, if you wish to finish off the top of your barrel. Use two of our whiskey barrels with our Harvest bar top for a Speakeasy bar.
When you want something truly unique and personal — these dishes are for you! When you rent a dozen of these dishes, they will come in mixed patterns (Note: when you rent cup & saucers, each individual cup & saucer will match).

Our most popular dish setting! These stark white dishes features thin lines around the rim. These fit the bill if you’re looking for modern or traditional. Available pieces include:
10″ dinner plates, 7 1/2″ salad/dessert plates, 6 1/2″ bread & butter plates, pasta/soup plates, soup bowls and cup & saucers. Cream & sugars are available to compliment.
If you are looking for something on the trendy side, dinner and salad/dessert plates are also available in an Arctic White Square setting.

We have several models available–which one is right for you?
Standard full chafing dish: The most common chafing dish! Full or half pans may be used in this model.
Roll Top: Create a beautiful buffet table with our full size roll top chafer. Slide the convenient roll top lid back for serving. Tongs and long handled spoons can be added to your rental for an additional fee.
Polished Roll Top Chafer with brass legs: This fancy chafer will accommodate a 2″ full food pan.
Half chafing dish: Half the size of our standard unit, this will accommodate a 2″ half pan.
Round chafing dish: A 4 qt capacity, with a polished stainless finish.
Regardless of the style you choose, your rental will include the stand, water pan, food pan, lid and sterno fuel.
Set your bar up in style with our liquor dispensers or pourer!
Liquor dispenser: Available in 3, 4, 5, and 6 head to accommodate all your choices!
Liquor pourer: Insert into your bottle to pour a 1 oz shot. A bartender favorite!
Keep your event organized and neat and tidy with a few extra garbage cans. Standard plastic garbage can with handles and lid.
These plastic beer tubs are perfect for chilling a keg! (Don’t forget to pickup ice from us when you pickup your rental!)
Keep your keg cold with our Electric Beer Dispenser. The tank of CO2 is included with your rental and the unit will fit a standard size keg.
